A 21-story Tuscan-inspired, high end, assisted living complex. The poject included ball rooms, cafes, fitness centers, and more.

Black Sheep Bar & Grill – SLO, CA

Renovation of a historic downtown storefront property into a local Irish style bar & grill.

Mandarin Oriental Day Spa – 27,000 SF Click For Picture Gallery
	Installation of 4O stainless steel thermal bathing vessels located within a two-story day spa operated by one of the leading day spa operators in the world. Project included Steam Rooms, Sauna, Rhassoul, Experience Showers, Hammam, Laconiums, Vitality Spas and a custom programmed touch screen control system.

Aria Day Spa – 80,000 SF Click For Picture Gallery
	Consisted of nine custom water features integrating custom carved boulders from Japan, custom glass bricks and custom lighting. Also included eight hydrotherapy spas all located within City Center's largest day spa covering two floors and over 80,000 square feet.

Bvlgari

Custom water feature located within the Bvlgari jewelry store at the Crystals Mall in City Center. The feature includes a custom basin fabricated in Italy with a stainless steel reflective ceiling, LED lights, and custom drip tubes.
